Directions:
From the Goethals or Bayonne Bridge:
Take the Staten Island Expressway towards the Verrazano Bridge. Exit at Lily Pond Avenue. Turn right at the first light onto Lily Pond Avenue until it becomes Father Capodanno Boulevard. Continue on Father Capodanno Boulevard for approximately two miles and turn right onto Lincoln Avenue. The entrance to Island Shores is located on the right side of Lincoln Avenue.
From the Verrazano Bridge:
Take the right lane over the Verrazano Bridge to the second exit just after the toll plaza which is Lily Pond Avenue. Proceed along Lily Pond Avenue until it becomes Father Capodanno Boulevard. Continue on Father Capodanno Boulevard for approximately two miles and turn right onto Lincoln Avenue. The entrance to Island Shores is located on the right side of Lincoln Avenue.
From the Outer Bridge Crossing:
Take the West Shore Expressway to the Staten Island Expressway towards the Verrazano Bridge. Exit at Lily Pond Avenue. Turn right at the first light onto Lily Pond Avenue until it becomes Father Capodanno Boulevard. Continue on Father Capodanno Boulevard for approximately two miles and turn right onto Lincoln Avenue. The entrance to Island Shores is located on the right side of Lincoln Avenue.
By Public Transportation:
Bus from the St. George Ferry Terminal ~ Take Bus #51 to Midland Avenue and Father Capodanno Boulevard.
Staten Island Rapid Transit Train:
Take the train from any stop to Grant City go upstairs to the bus stop on Midland Avenue and take Bus #51 to Father Capodanno Boulevard.
